About This Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Science lessons to students from grades 6 to 12.
- Develop and implement the Science curriculum in line with Scottish International School's academic standards.
- Coach students for board exams and provide remedial support to struggling learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of Science with other subjects.
- Supervise Science labs and maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in Science exhibitions, fairs, and other events to promote STEM education.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate innovative methods into the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in Science subjects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification.
- Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of the Indian Science curriculum.
