Job Overview
Aps International School in Sidhauli, Sitapur is looking for a dedicated NTT English Teacher to shape foundational language skills in young learners. The role focuses on creating engaging English lessons that build vocabulary, pronunciation and basic grammar for nursery and kindergarten students.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly English themes aligned with school themes.
Conduct circle time with songs, rhymes and simple stories.
Use flashcards and puppets to reinforce new words daily.
Organize phonics games and picture-based activities.
Assist students with pencil grip and writing readiness.
Maintain daily observation notes on each child’s progress.
Communicate progress to parents during pickup times.
Participate in school assemblies and cultural events.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
1 year of experience in early childhood English teaching.
Good to Have
CTET qualified candidates will be preferred.
Experience in a play-based curriculum setting.
Familiarity with Montessori or Waldorf methods.
Preferred Skills
Clear spoken English with neutral accent.
Ability to sing simple rhymes with correct intonation.
Basic knowledge of phonics and sight words.
Patience to handle energetic 3 to 5 year olds.
Basic computer skills for digital attendance and lesson planning.
What You Get
Monthly salary between Rs.12,000 and Rs.20,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Fixed working hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
In-house training and resource support from Aps International School.
