Day-to-Day Duties

1. Plan and deliver Evs lessons using stories, songs, and simple experiments.
2. Organize monthly nature walks and recycling activities for young learners.
3. Prepare teaching aids from recycled materials sourced locally.
4. Maintain an Evs corner with plants, charts, and child-safe models.
5. Conduct monthly parent workshops on eco-friendly habits at home.
6. Keep records of student progress in Evs understanding and participation.
7. Collaborate with other NTT teachers to integrate Evs across subjects.
8. Set up seasonal displays in the corridor to showcase student work.
9. Assist during school fairs with Evs-themed stalls and games.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Evs for pre-primary or early primary.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English for classroom communication.
- Willingness to travel to Sitapur and participate in school activities.

Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Familiarity with digital tools for early learners.
- Knowledge of local flora and fauna around Sitapur.
- Training in Montessori or play-way methodology.
