What You Will Do
As a PRT Art And Craft Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering engaging art and craft lessons to students in grades 1-12.
* Creating and sharing lesson plans, worksheets, and other resources using Google Classroom and LMS.
* Integrating digital tools, such as graphics software, online tutorials, and multimedia resources, into art and craft classes.
* Using smart boards and interactive whiteboards to enhance teaching and learning.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects.
* Maintaining a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing art room and studio.
* Supervising students during art and craft activities.
* Providing feedback and assessment to students on their art and craft projects.
* Participating in school events, exhibitions, and competitions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is required.
* TET/CTET certification is preferred.
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching art and craft to students in grades 1-12.
* Strong knowledge of art and craft techniques, materials, and technologies.
* Familiarity with digital tools, online resources, and multimedia software.
