How You Will Teach (specific to Biology — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
At Gyan Ganga Public School Varanasi, we use a range of teaching methods to engage students with Biology. The PGT Biology Teacher will be expected to use practical approaches, such as lab work and activities, to help students understand complex concepts. The teacher will also use digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning.
What You Will Do
1. Deliver high-quality lessons in Biology to students at the secondary and senior secondary levels.
2. Prepare and teach Biology syllabus as per the CBSE curriculum.
3. Conduct lab work and experiments to demonstrate key concepts in Biology.
4. Use technology to enhance teaching and learning in Biology.
5. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students with Biology.
6. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Biology curriculum.
8. Participate in school-wide initiatives to improve student learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related subject. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
