1. Maintaining and reconciling the school's accounts, ledgers, and other financial records.
2. Preparing and submitting financial reports to the school's leadership team and relevant authorities.
3. Coordinating with the school's bank and other financial institutions to ensure timely payments and transactions.
4. Conducting financial audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
5. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Providing financial guidance and support to the school's leadership team and staff.
7. Ensuring the school's financial transactions are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
8. Maintaining the school's fixed asset register and other financial records.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer software such as Tally and Excel is essential.
Preferred Skills
The school prefers a candidate with experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as a strong background in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
