Mentor and evaluate newly joined PRT teachers in the department, conducting classroom observations and facilitating peer learning sessions. Guide junior staff in adopting best practices for classroom management and student engagement in Computer Science.
Analyze board-level trends in Computer Science performance and recommend interventions to sustain or improve results. Collaborate with the school’s technology team to integrate classroom resources and digital tools effectively.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in primary Computer Science. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; NET or SET qualified candidates will be preferred during selection.
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum frameworks and familiarity with TET/CTET standards is an advantage. Experience with project-based learning and early exposure to programming tools will be considered during evaluation.
