Post: Primary Teacher (PRT) for Social Science at Sneha Doon Academy, Dehradun
Sneha Doon Academy in Dehradun seeks a dedicated PRT (Primary Teacher) to teach Social Science to students in the lower and upper primary sections. This role involves shaping young minds with engaging lessons on history, geography, political science, and economics, tailored to align with the CBSE curriculum.
The teacher will plan and deliver interactive lessons, use visual aids, and encourage group discussions to foster critical thinking. Daily classroom management, including discipline and student engagement, will be a key part of the job. Assisting in school events and collaborating with other teachers to support holistic student development is also expected.
A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for this position. Two years of teaching experience in a school setting is preferred, though not mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and a passion for Social Science education will be highly valued.
The role offers a monthly salary of Rs.13,000 to Rs.22,000, with the opportunity to work in a vibrant academic environment in Dehradun.
