Key Responsibilities (curriculum ownership, mentoring junior staff, board results)

As a TGT Chemistry Teacher at Dsb International School, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing an effective Chemistry curriculum that aligns with the school's academic vision
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills and subject knowledge
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure students achieve outstanding board results in Chemistry
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Participating in staff development programs to enhance teaching and learning practices
- Serving as a subject expert and resource person for staff and students
- Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures related to Chemistry education
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of student progress and assessment results
- Assisting in the preparation of Chemistry-related events and activities for students

Eligibility Criteria (B.Ed plus 5 years, NET or SET preferred)

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

- A post-graduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) from a recognized university
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- A strong track record of academic achievement and student success
- Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) in Chemistry
