Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Music Teacher to join our academic team. Primary Duties
Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum aligned with national educational standards.

Organize and lead school music ensembles, choirs, or bands, fostering teamwork and performance skills.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, recitals, and examinations to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music education with interdisciplinary learning.
Organize and participate in school concerts, cultural events, and inter-school competitions to showcase student talent.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Encourage and mentor students to participate in external music examinations or competitions.
Teaching Methodology (Specialized Approaches)
Utilize a blend of traditional and contemporary teaching techniques, including Kodály, Orff Schulwerk, or Dalcroze methods, to cater to diverse learning styles.
Incorporate technology in music education, such as digital audio workstations (DAWs), music theory software, or interactive whiteboards, to enhance learning.
Adopt a student-centered approach, encouraging active participation, creativity, and critical thinking in music.
Implement differentiated instruction to accommodate varying skill levels and learning abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that values cultural diversity and musical expression.
Qualifications and Experience
Postgraduate degree in Music (M.A. Music or M.Mus) from a recognized university.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with middle or high school students.
Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, violin) and strong vocal abilities.
Familiarity with music education software and digital tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passion for music education and a commitment to fostering a love for music among students.
