Spring Field School in Haridwar seeks an experienced TGT Physics Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role offers a competitive salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month and aligns with our commitment to quality education in a vibrant academic environment.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Your teaching experience in high school physics should reflect your ability to engage students effectively and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
The role involves designing and delivering engaging physics lessons aligned with the Uttarakhand curriculum. You will create interactive experiments, assessments, and projects that reinforce theoretical concepts. Your classroom should be a dynamic space where students explore real-world applications of physics, encouraging critical thinking and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lesson plans for Physics, ensuring alignment with the state curriculum and assessment frameworks.
2. Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance students’ understanding of fundamental physics principles.
3. Assess students’ progress through continuous evaluation, including practical exams and project-based assessments.
4. Collaborate with the school management to update teaching resources and integrate modern educational tools.
5. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore scientific concepts.
6. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate feedback to parents and guardians.
7. Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated on teaching methodologies.
8. Prepare students for competitive exams like JEE Mains and other physics-based entrance tests if applicable.
9. Ensure classroom discipline while promoting respect for scientific inquiry and ethical experimentation.
10. Assist in organizing science fairs, competitions, and outreach programs to engage students beyond the classroom.
