- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers to improve their knowledge of chess and its pedagogy.
- Maintain records and reports of chess-related activities and student progress.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any field (e.g., M.A., M.Sc., M.Ed., MBA).
- 3 years of experience in chess coaching, administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with children and adolescents is desirable.
