4. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute co-curricular activities.
6. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making processes.
7. Develop and implement Hindi language programs to enhance students' linguistic skills.
8. Evaluate and improve the school's Hindi curriculum to meet evolving academic standards.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi (M.A.) or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi to students in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
