NTT Mathematics Teacher – Faithful Steward School, Alipurduar, West Bengal
Faithful Steward School in Alipurduar is hiring a full‑time NTT Mathematics Teacher. The role involves delivering the mathematics curriculum to primary and middle‑school students in a vibrant school environment.
Teaching
Deliver engaging mathematics lessons in accordance with the school syllabus. Use interactive methods and visual aids to enhance conceptual understanding. Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Planning & Resources
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and worksheets aligned with curriculum objectives. Update instructional materials regularly to reflect current educational standards.
Assessment
Design and administer class tests, quizzes and assignments. Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of progress.
Student Support
Identify students needing extra help and offer remedial sessions. Encourage analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills through after‑school tutoring if required.
Coordination
Collaborate with senior teachers and department head on curriculum delivery. Participate in faculty meetings, school events and parent‑teacher interactions.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference for candidates who have cleared TET or CTET, though not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in mathematics.
Salary
Rs.12,000 – Rs.20,000 per month
