Maintain a structured lesson plan while adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning abilities and interests. Ensure proper care and maintenance of school instruments and audio-visual equipment used for music classes.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a minimum of two years of teaching experience. A graduate degree in Music or a related field is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of West Bengal’s cultural music traditions are essential. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and educational software is beneficial.
Salary and Location
