Teaching Responsibilities

Classroom Management
Maintain a positive learning environment by setting clear expectations and addressing behavioral issues promptly. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive academic experience. Use technology where applicable to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Student Support & Engagement
Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on academic and personal development. Organize extracurricular activities related to social awareness, such as debates, model rallies, or community service projects. Provide feedback on assignments and assessments to reinforce learning outcomes.
Curriculum & Assessment
Prepare lesson plans, unit-wise assessments, and evaluation tools to measure student progress. Review textbooks and educational resources to ensure relevance and accuracy. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum improvements.
Administrative & Coordination
Assist in organizing school events, including social science-related competitions or workshops. Work with the principal and staff to implement school policies and maintain records of student performance. Represent the school at local educational forums or parent-teacher interactions when needed.
This position offers a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, with the ideal candidate holding a postgraduate degree in Social Science and at least four years of relevant teaching experience.
