Take ownership of English language events such as elocution, debate, and spelling bees. Represent the English department in school-wide academic planning and parent-teacher interactions.
Collaborate with the school leadership on academic policies, textbook selection, and digital learning tools. Ensure the English classroom reflects Techno India Group’s values of inclusivity and excellence.
Track board exam trends and prepare students for language assessments with targeted practice. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and student portfolios.
Attend professional development sessions and share best practices within the department. Uphold the school’s discipline and attendance policies in the English classroom.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in English or Education with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian institution. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English at the primary level.
Preference for candidates with TET, CTET, or equivalent certification. Fluency in English and familiarity with local curriculum expectations are essential.
