Day-to-Day Duties
- Manage the entire admission process, from initial inquiries to final admission
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a seamless transition for new students
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new students and increase enrollment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school's brand and reputation
- Maintain accurate records and databases of student information
- Conduct student assessments and interviews to determine suitability for admission
- Liaise with external agencies and organizations to promote the school's programs
- Participate in school events and activities to promote the school's values and mission
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Admission Counsellor who possesses a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school setting, is essential. Your expertise in student admissions, marketing, and communication will be invaluable in this role. A B.Ed/D.El.Ed is not required for this position.
