Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all learners
* Develop and implement inclusive pedagogy that promotes hands-on learning and creative thinking
* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that promote interdisciplinary learning
* Conduct periodic assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Develop and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect and inclusivity
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
* Participate in school-wide initiatives that promote STEM education and hands-on learning
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate them into your teaching practices
Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in Science (B.Sc. with B.Ed. or M.Sc. with B.Ed.)
* Valid CTET/TET certification is not required for this role
* 3 years of teaching experience in Science at the middle and secondary school level
* Strong understanding of Inclusive Education principles and practices
* Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
