3. Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods to promote student learning and engagement.
4. Use a range of teaching resources, including textbooks, audio-visual aids, and online materials, to support student learning.
5. Provide additional support to students who require extra help, including remedial instruction and feedback.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide curriculum initiatives.
7. Participate in school-wide events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences and workshops.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Eligibility (Bengali-specific degrees and certifications)
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and certifications:
* Post-graduate degree in Bengali (M.A. Bengali)
* B.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* D.El.Ed or B.Ed from a recognized institution
* NET or SET certification in Bengali
* M.Ed degree from a recognized institution (desirable)
* Experience teaching Bengali in a State Board of West Bengal school (5 years minimum)
