Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging English language lessons for students
- Collaborate with the HOD to design and implement the English curriculum
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance to junior teachers on lesson planning and classroom management
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
- Assist the HOD in planning and organizing school events and activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies to incorporate into the classroom
What You Bring
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in English
- Strong teaching and leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience
- Familiarity with the TET and CTET exams, with a preference for candidates who have cleared them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
- Strong organizational and time management skills
