What You Will Do
- Teach Mathematics to students from classes 6 to 10, following the West Bengal Board curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student progress and achievement.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Participate in school events and activities to promote student participation and enthusiasm.
Who Can Apply
To apply for this position, you must be a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the TET or CTET. You must be well-versed in the West Bengal Board curriculum and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Rs.18,000 - Rs.25,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. In addition to the salary, you will receive benefits such as paid leave, medical insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
