- Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, including oral presentations, writing tasks, and participation in group activities.
- Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to align teaching strategies with the school’s curriculum framework.
- Prepare classroom materials such as flashcards, worksheets, and visual aids to enhance learning engagement.
- Attend regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities that promote Bengali language and cultural appreciation, such as poetry recitals or storytelling sessions.
Qualified candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree are encouraged to apply. A graduate background with a strong foundation in Bengali literature is essential. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of teaching experience in Bengali or a related subject. The salary for this role is competitive, offering Rs.14,000 to Rs.24,000 per month, along with other benefits as per school policy.
