About This Role

We are looking for a highly motivated TGT Physical Education Teacher to join our team in Bally Jagachha, Howrah, West Bengal. The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for teaching Physical Education to students of classes VI to X. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for Physical Education and experience in teaching Physical Education to students.

Day-to-Day Duties

1. Plan and deliver Physical Education lessons to students of classes VI to X.
2. Prepare and maintain a safe and healthy physical education environment.
3. Develop and implement Physical Education curricula for students.
4. Assess student progress and achievement in Physical Education.
5. Communicate with parents and teachers about student progress.
6. Participate in Physical Education events and activities.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with Physical Education coaches and trainers.
8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
9. Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or related field (M.A./M.Sc./M.P.Ed./M.P.H.E./M.H.E.)
- B.Ed from a recognized institution
- TET/CTET/NET/SET certification is not required for this position
- Valid D.El.Ed certification is preferred

Good to Have:
- Experience in teaching Physical Education to students
- Knowledge of Physical Education curriculum and pedagogy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of different ages and abilities
- Fluency in Bengali language (written and spoken)
