- Conduct regular progress assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress to parents
- Develop and implement English language learning programs for students
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate digital literacy into the curriculum
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills and digital literacy
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Contribute to the school's academic planning and policy-making process
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in English or a related field (M.A., M.Ed)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- NET or SET qualified (preferably in English)
- CTET or TET (West Bengal) qualified (not mandatory)
- 2 years of teaching experience in English, preferably in a school setting
Preferred Skills
- Strong digital literacy and experience with Google Classroom and LMS
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
