* Design and deliver differentiated instruction to cater to the needs of various learning levels in the classroom
* Develop and implement practical activities and experiments to make Physics learning engaging and fun
* Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance and identify areas of improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a comprehensive Physics curriculum
* Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to make Physics concepts more accessible to students
* Provide support to students who require extra help, and work with colleagues to develop strategies for inclusive teaching
* Develop and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics education and incorporate them into your teaching practice
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in Physics from a recognized university
* Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification
* Experience in teaching Physics to students from 6th to 10th standard
* Strong understanding of the Physics curriculum and assessment requirements
Preferred Skills
* Experience in teaching Physics in an inclusive classroom setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and learning levels
* Patience, empathy, and a willingness to go the extra mile to support students
* Familiarity with technology and its applications in Physics education
