What You Will Do

Coordinate with music, art, and physical education departments to integrate dance into inter-school festivals and competitions. Liaise with external choreographers and judges for guest sessions and evaluations.
Train and mentor junior dance staff, conduct periodic skill assessments, and recommend professional development opportunities. Ensure costumes, sound systems, and props are properly maintained and inventoried before each event.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Performing Arts, Dance, or Fine Arts from a recognized Indian university. Minimum 2 years of experience in dance instruction or performance management in a school or cultural institution.
Prior experience in event coordination, team leadership, or arts administration is preferred. Familiarity with local cultural events in Jhargram and West Bengal will be an added advantage.
