Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement music and cultural programs for the school.
- Manage music resources, including instruments, equipment, and facilities.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate music into the curriculum.
- Plan and coordinate music and cultural events, including concerts, festivals, and competitions.
- Supervise and mentor music staff, including music teachers and support staff.
- Develop and manage music budgets, including procurement of instruments and equipment.
- Communicate with parents, students, and staff on music and cultural activities.
- Maintain records and reports of music and cultural activities, including attendance, participation, and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations on music and cultural activities.
Who Can Apply
Applicants should have a post-graduate degree in music or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in music education and administration. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is preferred but not essential. Experience in music education and administration in a school setting is highly desirable.
