The Eagle Foundation Academy seeks a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to manage student transport in Kankurgachi, Kolkata. Key Responsibilities

- Adhere to traffic regulations and school safety protocols, keeping detailed logs of journeys and incidents.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination with school staff to align transport times with class schedules.
- Provide courteous assistance to students, especially those with special needs or mobility challenges.
- Manage fuel usage and maintain fuel records; monitor vehicle mileage and report irregularities.
- Coordinate with local authorities during road closures or emergencies to reroute buses safely.
- Ensure compliance with West Bengal transport regulations and school policies.
- Participate in periodic safety drills and training sessions organized by The Eagle Foundation Academy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus driver in a school or educational setting.
- Valid driving license for a bus or large vehicle.
- Graduate degree; TET/CTET not required for this role.
- Good knowledge of local roads in Kolkata and surrounding suburbs.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude towards students and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, as per school timetable.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
