Eligibility
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university.
- Good understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy for English Language teaching.
- Experience in teaching English to young children.
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification.
- NET or SET in English Literature.
- M.Ed or M.A. in English Literature.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
