A graduate with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career advancement. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential.
