Collaborate with the mathematics faculty to refine teaching strategies and share best practices.
Qualification
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as a minimum requirement. A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is preferred. Possession of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is advantageous but not mandatory for this NTT position.
Experience
Two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in mathematics or a related subject. Experience with students in the age group of 11 to 14 years is highly beneficial. Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and classroom management is essential for success in this role.
Compensation
The Eagle Foundation Academy offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with additional benefits such as a modest allowance for travel and professional development opportunities.
