- Mentor junior teachers and guide them in improving their teaching skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the school's Chemistry curriculum.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and execute co-curricular activities.
- Use digital tools to track student progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct meetings with parents to discuss their child's academic performance.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the school's decision-making process.
- Use online resources to stay updated on the latest developments in Chemistry and integrate them into the curriculum.
Eligibility
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry with B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- CTET/NET/SET not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Chemistry to senior secondary students.
