Eligibility
Must Have
- Post-graduate degree in History or a related subject (M.A., M.Sc.)
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree
- NET/SET in History or a related subject
- 4 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching History to students at the senior secondary level
- Familiarity with the West Bengal Board syllabus and assessment patterns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
