- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Psychology at the senior secondary level.
Good to Have:
- NET or SET certification in Psychology.
- M.Ed. degree for additional academic responsibilities.
- Experience in mentoring junior teachers and contributing to academic coordination.
- Familiarity with West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) and Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) curricula.
