Eligibility
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. English) with minimum 55% marks.
- B.Ed or M.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary English.
- Familiarity with CBSE or state board English syllabus for Grades 1 to 5.
- Ability to teach in English and Hindi/Bengali as per classroom needs.
Good to Have
- D.El.Ed qualification for primary teaching background.
- Experience with activity-based learning and storytelling methods.
- Knowledge of phonics and early literacy programs.
- Exposure to digital tools for English teaching like Smart Class.
- Previous experience in Kolkata or West Bengal schools.
