PRT Music Teacher Position at Convent of Our Lady of Providence Girls High School
We seek a dedicated PRT Music Teacher to join the faculty at Convent of Our Lady of Providence Girls High School in Kankurgachi, Kolkata. This role focuses on delivering foundational music education to students, fostering creativity and cultural appreciation through structured lessons.
The teacher will conduct daily music classes, covering instruments, singing, and basic music theory. Daily practice and engagement with students is essential, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards. Experience in classroom management and student motivation will be key to success.
A Bachelor’s degree in Music or related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE music syllabi will be an advantage.
