Day-to-Day Duties
As a Tgt Academic Coordinator Bengali Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and teaching Bengali lessons to students from diverse backgrounds
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute school events and activities that promote Bengali language and culture
- Providing support and guidance to students who require additional help outside of regular class hours
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Contributing to the development of the school's Bengali curriculum and resources
- Engaging with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and to encourage their involvement in the school community
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in teaching and learning
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Bengali or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification
- Experience in teaching Bengali to students of various age groups
- Strong knowledge of Bengali language, literature, and culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive school environment
