Professional Scope
The role involves delivering structured physical education programs to students across grades, fostering overall fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The teacher will plan and conduct classes, organize inter‑school meets, and maintain student fitness records in line with school policies.
Most Important Responsibilities
Planning and conducting daily PE sessions, supervising sports activities, and ensuring safety standards during all physical exercises. The teacher will also manage school sports teams, coordinate with coaching staff, and oversee the maintenance of sports equipment.
Subject‑Specific Duties
Design curriculum aligned with state guidelines, introduce varied sports and games, and assess student progress through practical tests. Conduct fitness camps, monitor injury prevention measures, and promote healthy lifestyle habits among students.
