TGT Sanskrit Teacher Job in Kolkata, West Bengal
Role Summary
The Narayana School in Amherst Street, Kolkata, West Bengal invites applications for the post of TGT Sanskrit Teacher. As a TGT Sanskrit Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Sanskrit to students from class VI to X. 1. Teach Sanskrit to students from class VI to X, following the prescribed curriculum.
2. Prepare lesson plans and assessments to ensure students' conceptual understanding.
3. Conduct regular periodic assessments to evaluate students' performance.
4. Use practical activities, games, and multimedia resources to make learning engaging.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve students' performance.
7. Prepare students for Sanskrit-related tests and exams.
8. Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.
9. Participate in school activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and extracurricular events.

- Master's degree in Sanskrit or a related field (M.A., M.Sc.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Teaching experience of at least 2 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- NET/SET certification in Sanskrit
- CTET/TET certification
- Experience in teaching Sanskrit in a CBSE/ISC school
