NTT Hindi Teacher Job in Maldah, West Bengal | School Recruitment
Gayeshbari Bright Institute is looking for a full‑time NTT Hindi Teacher to join its faculty in Malda, Maldah, West Bengal. The role involves delivering Hindi language instruction to classes as per the school curriculum and supporting overall language development of students.
Role Responsibilities
The teacher will plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons for primary and secondary classes, using textbooks, audio‑visual aids and interactive activities to enhance comprehension and speaking skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assigning homework, and evaluating student progress through tests, projects and oral assessments. You will maintain a disciplined yet friendly classroom environment, encourage participation, and address individual learning needs through remedial sessions when required. Coordination with the head of department and other language teachers is essential to align teaching methods and contribute to curriculum reviews. Regular communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour will be part of the role, as will participation in school events, cultural programs and Hindi language competitions. The teacher is expected to keep records of attendance, grades and other academic reports accurately and submit them within the stipulated timelines.
Eligibility
Candidates must be a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Successful applicants should have at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably in a school setting. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage. Strong command over Hindi language, good communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively are essential.
Salary and Employment Type
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.13,000 to Rs.22,000 and is a full‑time appointment at Gayeshbari Bright Institute.
