Role Introduction

- Plan and conduct Hindi lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and state guidelines.

- Assess student progress through oral and written tests, assignments and projects, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance registers, lesson plans and student records as per school policy.
- Conduct remedial classes for learners who need additional support in Hindi.
- Encourage participation in Hindi cultural activities, debates and essay competitions.
- Collaborate with senior teachers and the head of department to align teaching strategies.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address concerns.
- Uphold school discipline, safety norms and promote a respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Contribute to periodic curriculum review and suggest improvements for Hindi teaching resources.
- Attend staff development programs and school events as required.
- Ensure compliance with any statutory requirements related to language teaching.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
Candidates must be a graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed and possess at least one year of teaching experience in Hindi. Preference is given to those who have cleared TET/CTET, though it is not mandatory.
