Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging Chemistry lesson plans for classes 9-12
- Conduct regular classes, prepare and deliver lectures, and assess student progress
- Guide students in preparing for board exams, helping them achieve excellent results
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum reforms and improvements
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum leadership and policy decisions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry (M.Sc) from a recognized university
- B.Ed from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- TET or CTET certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
