Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Dance Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Dance lessons that cater to the needs of students from different age groups and abilities.
- Preparing and implementing the Dance curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school's educational objectives.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of school Dance events and performances.
- Coordinating with other teachers to ensure a smooth and cohesive learning experience for students.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance.
- Conducting regular assessments and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Participating in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Collaborating with parents to ensure the overall well-being and academic success of students.
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity, self-expression, and social responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field (B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Dance at the primary level.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to the school's policies and procedures.
