What You Will Do
- Develop and implement lesson plans for Bengali language and literature, aligned with school curriculum standards.
- Conduct classes for students at various levels, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
- Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and projects.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.
- Develop and implement extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs and language competitions.
- Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Participate in school events, such as festivals, fairs, and cultural programs.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Bengali or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Bengali or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Bengali language, literature, and grammar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of various age groups and skill levels.
- Proficiency in using digital resources and multimedia tools to enhance student learning outcomes.

Perks and Pay
