What You Will Do
As a TGT Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing and delivering lectures to students of classes IX to XII on Chemistry, following the syllabus of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
2. Conducting practical sessions, demonstrations, and experiments to reinforce theoretical concepts.
3. Assisting students in understanding complex Chemistry concepts and providing individual attention to those who require it.
4. Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote a love for Chemistry.
5. Evaluating student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
6. Collaborating with other teachers to develop a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum for Chemistry.
7. Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the overall academic development of the school.
Required Qualifications
* Post-graduate degree in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* CTET or TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
* Strong knowledge of Chemistry, pedagogy, and curriculum design.
Salary and Benefits
As a TGT Chemistry Teacher at Delhi World Public School, you will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
