TGT Computer Science Teacher Position at Gayeshbari Bright Institute in Maldah
Gayeshbari Bright Institute in Maldah seeks a dedicated TGT Computer Science Teacher to inspire and mentor students in modern computing concepts. The role involves shaping young minds with hands-on programming, digital literacy, and practical IT skills while aligning with the school’s curriculum. Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Computer Science subjects, including programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, covering syllabus-based topics.
2. Design and conduct engaging classroom activities, workshops, and lab sessions to enhance students’ technical skills.
3. Prepare and evaluate student assignments, projects, and exams to assess progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to integrate technology into daily learning experiences.
5. Maintain updated teaching resources, including textbooks, software, and online learning tools.
6. Guide students in extracurricular tech clubs or competitions to foster creativity and problem-solving.
7. Ensure compliance with school policies on digital safety, cybersecurity basics, and ethical coding practices.
8. Assist in organizing guest lectures or guest sessions by industry experts to bridge classroom learning with real-world applications.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a relevant subject is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career growth. The salary for this position is Rs.17,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, with Maldah as the location.
