TGT English Teacher Position at Gayeshbari Bright Institute in Malda
Gayeshbari Bright Institute in Malda, West Bengal, seeks a dedicated TGT English Teacher to join their team. This role focuses on delivering engaging English language instruction across multiple class levels, ensuring students develop strong foundational and advanced skills.
The teacher will prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, incorporating interactive methods to enhance comprehension and communication abilities. Daily classroom instruction will cover grammar, vocabulary, literature, and speaking/writing skills, tailored to students’ varying proficiency levels.
Collaboration with the academic team will ensure consistency in teaching approaches, while adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for language learning and a passion for fostering critical thinking in young minds. Experience in classroom management and student engagement will be beneficial.
A postgraduate degree in English or a related subject along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level is preferred. The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs.17,000 to Rs.35,000.
