Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, making learning fun and interactive.
* Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
* Use a range of teaching methods, including multimedia resources, to engage students and promote language skills.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum-aligned projects.
* Communicate with parents through regular progress updates and parent-teacher meetings.
* Participate in school events, such as literary festivals and language competitions, to promote Hindi language and culture.
* Stay updated with curriculum changes, pedagogical trends, and technological advancements in language teaching.
Eligibility Criteria

* Post-Graduate degree in Hindi or a related field from a recognized university.
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in Hindi or a related subject (TET/CTET preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a TGT Hindi Teacher in a recognized school.
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and pedagogy.
