9. Stay updated on the latest developments in Bengali language and literature.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Master's degree in Bengali (M.A.)
- B.Ed degree from a recognized university
- NET/SET qualified (as per West Bengal government norms)
- 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting
Good to Have:
- D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET qualified
- Experience in teaching senior secondary students
- Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
